These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NextPart mobile application and nextpart.app (the "Service"), operated by NextPart LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The Service
NextPart provides access to short-form serialized video content, including free and premium episodes. Content is licensed for streaming within the app. We may add, remove, or modify content and features at any time.
Accounts
You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or use guest mode where available. Guest mode stores limited data on your device and does not create a cloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account from within the NextPart app (Profile). Deleting your account is separate from canceling a subscription. You may also contact us at team@nextpart.app for account help.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some content requires NextPart Pro, an auto-renewable subscription offered by NextPart LLC through the Apple App Store. Current plan details:
- Plan: NextPart Pro (weekly)
- Price: $2.99 per week (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store)
- Free trial: 3 days for eligible new subscribers, then the weekly price applies unless canceled before the trial ends
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. By starting a subscription or free trial, you agree to Apple's payment terms and the pricing shown in the app and App Store at purchase. Subscription management is facilitated in part by RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions, or via Manage Subscription in the app.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable under Apple's rules.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
- You can restore purchases in the app if you reinstall or switch devices.
NextPart Pro provides unlimited streaming access to premium and exclusive content in the app. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. You do not own downloaded copies of episodes unless we explicitly offer offline downloads.
License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content through the Service for your private, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Copy, record, redistribute, or publicly display content from the Service
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or content
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms
- Circumvent access controls, paywalls, or technical protections
Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by NextPart LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Apple (Sign in with Apple and App Store billing), Google Firebase, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTPART LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextPart LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
